Golden and Decayed Leaves Update

This major release contains ancient and decayed leaves for vanilla trees, bug fixes, and implementation of the forge update checker.

• Added decayed leaves, which work on all vanilla dynamic trees.
• Added forge update checker.
• Now works with newer versions of Dynamic Trees.
• Updated to new DT naming conventions.
• Added species localisation.

Fixes and Recipe Addition

Changes

• Added alternate recipe for ancient acorn. This is the same as the Ritual of the Forest recipe for the ancient sapling but with an oak acorn on one of the wooden stands instead of an oak sapling.
• Fixed icon not showing up in mod list.
