Term is showing as imported but it isn't

it says imported but it shouldn't, it's defined in EFO

The reason for this by the way is the value of the base_uri at the config file:

It would guess that it would be enough to change the base_uri from http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/EFO_ to http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/ and re-index everything.
