Hello, @mpaiao. I had read your article titled “Ecosystem heterogeneity and diversity mitigate Amazon forest resilience to frequent extreme droughts”, and I want to finish my graduation thesis with that method. I want to use scenario_maker.r to general drought scenarios and I noticed that your appendix Notes S7, met input data is in CSV format, but my met data (from MERRA-2) is in HDF5 format and I would like to know how to convert HDF5 format to CSV. I would be grateful if you could reply me.

Hello @MengluXie, I don't have a script that converts HDF5 met drivers to CSV, but I left the R script that generates ED2 output from MERRA2 drivers in here. You will need to adapt the script a bit, but you should be able to generate a csv file from there. Hope it helps!
