NS repository history

NS repos are a big mess.

This repo is originally based on Half-Life 1 SDK repository.

The original UWE version has been forked by several people including fmoraw. Fmoraw fixed it make it build and also created a linux branch. Bacsu forked Fmoraw's version and updated it for several fixes.
