General purpose HL1 demo recorder.

Dockerfile should have X server, X display recording program, steam, NS. Create seperate repo as NS1 in Dockerfile would be useful for other stuff.
Add docker-compose entry
Add hldemo-rs from source to find demos by playernames to main Dockerfile.
Resque task which a) find the demos to be recorded from DataFiles. b) uses the Docker container to record demos.
