Mobile attendance system for employees
Features that must be present in the system:
1-Face fingerprint: so that another employee does not prepare for another employee.
2- Show the phone number linked to the employee’s number: to confirm that the mobile phone that was accessed using is the employee’s number.
3- Fingerprint, if available in some mobile phones.
4- Proof of the employee’s location and restricting him to a maximum of 10 metres.
5-The possibility of showing the employee’s presence (even after entering work) or perhaps he is a sales representative or the employee works in the field and you want to know his location now.
6-Show entry and exit in ERPNEXT.
7-The delay should be linked to the employee’s operations to deduct from the salary in the event of a delay.
8- Providing an (optional) service: If the employee moves away from the work building for a specific distance (10 metres), he signs the employee out.
9-The possibility of preparing without the Internet.
10- Establishing permission for the employee to view his tardiness and (extra time, if any) on his mobile phone.

Disadvantages of the remote preparation systems currently on the market:

1- It is not linked to the accounting and human resources systems. Rather, it is an independent system. At the end, the report appears and the accountant must enter the delay and additional... and enter entries manually in the accounts.
2-You must participate in exchange for a fee (approximately 100 riyals per employee annually).
3- Not all employees have phones, so you must ensure that there is effective entry and exit in the system that you are working on now, so that the employee can prepare via ERPNEXT if it is not possible to prepare via mobile phone.

Proposals :
1- Application of the appointment booking system for the HealthCare module, or by activating it easily on the WebSite module in ERPNEXT, because the appointment booking service has become in great demand in the Saudi market.
2-Sales application (sales representative); Make invoices, customer balances, payments,... linked with ERPNEXT. It has become popular here in Saudi Arabia.
