"In the slides it say that smart contracts can only send messages to other smart contracts and only wallets can send transactions to other wallets or smart contracts. So, can smart contracts not be used to send another person something because it can not end up in their wallet?"

In other words, we need to clarify in what situations it is possible for a smart contract to send tokens to a wallet.
