Cytation C10: separate reader and imager upload

management functionality: separate upload of reader and imager files from C10.

Current upload options:

• echo
• m1000
• micro

upload options request:

• echo
• m1000
• C10-reader (new)
• C10-imager (new)

why the request: Currently the .txt files from luminescence read can be uploaded. what if in the next imaging project, the .txt file looks slightly different and modifications need to be made - will then the upload of reader .txt files not work anymore because the application is optimized for imaging .txt files? therefore better to keep them separate...
