pyOSC v0.1
Erdem U. Altinyurt 2010(c) GPLv2 license
Frirstly you needed to install this libraries:
1. Python > v2.6 (www.wxpython.org) but not Python 3
2. Python's wx library ( www.wxpython.org )
3. pyusb 1 alpha ( pyusb.sourceforge.net )
4. libusb1 (it's installed default on most distros)
Than you needed to give read/write access to your USB device.
It's on 4th bus and 4.th device my current setup (as 0461:0020 Primax Electronics, Ltd ).
Adjust numbers after "sudo chmod o+wr /dev/bus/usb/..." ,depending on your setup, or run the script as a root!

Script could run under macOSX and Windows too. But on windows, I think there is no libusb1
