All the tasks needed to demo managed charging at CharIN, both in software and in hardware

If all the tasks are complete by the end of Oct:

• we know that the electrical components work
• we know that managed charging works with a end of sept release in SIL
• we know how to build a yocto image from the end of sept release and run it on a raspberry PI

So we can (in the last two weeks before CharIN):

• build a yocto image with the end of sept release + minor patches needed for managed charging
• deploy it on the uMWC
• plug it in to an EV hardware emulator

And at least have it not fail from our side
