Document the response format for INFO STATUS and INFO STREAMS. Current protocol doc just says "xml". Not sure if a schema is really needed, but some docs on what the xml is supposed to look like would be good. Or say "implementation specific" if this is not going to be standardized part of protocol.

Also, document the format of capabilities returned with ID. Looks like it is space separated, and each capability is either name:value or just name.
