Improved details on HTTP status page #14

The HTTP status page could be improved in the following ways:

  • Include the current download start time (if in progress) and finish time if completed
  • Include the total data volume downloaded so far
  • Remove the seemingly out of place "Note":
* Firefox will not open file:// URLs, but you can copy them to the address bar, where they will work.

Seemingly out of place because no file:// links are offered in the output.
