CoG picks up wrong version of ESGF while upgrading; it seems to report the version prior to upgrading. It should use the version as reported by esg-node. Let me know if you think this is to be fixed in esgf-installer.

A vm I'd upgraded from 2.2 to 2.4.24 was reporting 2.2.. And when I now upgraded it to 2.6.5, the Cog footer displays the version as 2.4.24, when it is actually 2.6.5.
Hi Prashanth,
if I remember correctly, this is because the installer updates esgf.properties at the very end of the installation, after all applications have been installed. Instead, CoG would need access to that information when it is installed. Is it possible to change the installer to update that file at the very beginning of the process ?
Thanks, Luca
