Modified daytime-based Flux partitioning after Keenan et al. (2019) was implemented in REddyProc.
Why the nightime (NT) partitioning was not? Any idea how to implement this method?
The NT method should be more robust, which can preserve the signal of soil moisture's impact on GPP.

Re-Skim-reading the Keenan et al. (2019) paper, I only see the modified daytime method "Our results suggest that future partitioning efforts should include a modified daytime method, where R^N_ref is used to estimate respiration during the night, not R^D_ref ". Which NT partitioning are you referring to? The Reichstein NT partitioning is already the default partitioning method employed by REddyProc.
