IC2 Classic & Ender Storage support

Please don't put multiple problems in 1 issue, makes it hard to track.

If you can give me a small list of IC2 items that seem to be uncraftable Ill look into it

@Elec332 No worries, I opened a separate issue for the mod name #106

For some of the uncraftable items, from IC2 Classic & EnderStorage:

• Machine Block
• Treetap
• Carbon Boat
• Ender Tank
• Ender Pouch
• Ender Chest

It appears most items from those mods are uncraftable.
Additionally, IC2 Classic has stack crafting as a feature (e.g. recipe of Plasma Core), but those are not the only uncraftable ones.

Thats a very important detail, as the linked issue just stated "IC2", which I assumed to be offcial IC2.
I was suprised as everything works there..

IC2 classic was specifically disabled years ago due to it being so unstable that it would cause the inegration to crash every other IC2Classic update (f63682a)

I will look into dedicated IC2Classic support

I see, apologies about not mentioning IC2 Classic to begin with. Any idea about Ender Storage though?
