version 1.4.1

Hi,
I'm trying to find APBS v1.4.1 since this seem to be the last version with OpenMP enabled by default (see issue #7), please tell me if this assumption is incorrect.
I have tried building from source but ran into multiple dependency issues (suitesparse, superlu,mpfr, gmp) so rather than spending more time in a wild goose chase I thought of trying an older version but it doesn't seem to be available anywhere (or at least not among APBS releases or sourceforge. So I thought this might be a good moment to ask the developers. Do you have a copy of 1.4.1 that I could test for OpenMP work (ultimately I'm trying to make it work with g_mmpbsa)? Thanks.
