Missing Ubuntu 24.04 PPA builds

The Ubuntu Elmer CSC PPA supports a large number of Ubuntu versions, some of them even EOL, but it does not support the latest LTS version, which is probably what most users have installed. It would be great to activate the Ubuntu 24.04 builds in the PPA. More specifically, we're trying to generate snap packages based on 24.04 for FreeCAD, and the .deb packages for that release would be really helpful (see related issue mentioned). Thanks!
