Rdcatch bug 4.3 - 3.68 mpeg 2 settings and 16 and 24 bit not working

This may have been in here for a long time as we changed to MP2 back in V2 and our hour download shows were around 110 megs for a hour show, now they are downloading and only make wav 16 bit files by looks of it, settings 24 bit and mpeg2 do not do anything, we are finding 700 megs for one hour and 1.3 gigs for each 2 hour show downloaded in rdcatch.
If we use a Dropbox or manually import the MP3 files it works perfect being 110 megs for 1 hour and 220 megs for two hours......
So all the settings are right on our systems but rdcatch has a problem in the settings only .
This is happening on every system we run !!
