Add the ability to mark Static Encounters, with the option to exclude them from the checklist. Static encounters often include Legendary Pokemon, the Red Gyarados, Kecleon in Hoenn, the Lechonk in SV, and some people count the DexNav Poochyena in ORAS.

User chose not to attach nuzlocke.json
