Spacenav freezes on initial change from Unity presentation to Panovideo presentation

Overview:
Spacenav is locked initially when changing from Unity to 360 videos (panovideos) on ephqlgxros (but may be a more fleet wide problem as well)

• Spacenav works after selecting a different scene. This issue only appears on the initial change
• Only affects the initial change to Panovideos, does not affect switching to sketchfab or free-flight/earth

Requirements:

• spacenav works on initial change from unity to panovideos
