Heya! Some "Hit:" lines in powers do things like make targets vulnerable to future instances of damage, where applying a custom active effect would be of great help except for the immediate awkwardness of "take the damage, then add the difference between what was lost and what should have been lost." I'm requesting a new option that applies an active effect once a token has taken the damage from that power. No idea how feasible this is on the back-end, so if it's not no worries. Thanks!
