Since #3, we now use poetry to manage our Python environment and dependencies. This will most definitely need some updates. However, since I am only using Linux, I don't particularly care myself about a Windows installer. For now, people can use the old installer, but unfortunately because of the webCaches path update (#11), those aren't able to extract the gacha URL currently.

Ideally the build can be done using GitHub Actions, so I don't need to do some Wine shenanigans to build an installer.
