Don't show pulls from multiple banners at once

The default view that shows all pulls from all banners view makes absoluely no sense since the pity mechanic is per-banner and I don't see any reason to view all my wishes on all banners in a single table.

Instead, there should be a quick switch mechanic where you can switch the banner to look at with a single click.

Additionally, statistics should be calculated per-banner because, again, banners have different mechanics, i.e. the hard pity counter is different for the light cone banner and there is no 50:50 either.
