Blackshield Satchel Appears over Blackshield RIG

Sounds like it's behaving correctly? lol..

For whatever reason whole satchel sprite is displayed over the player while wearing BS rig and putting the satchel on RIG slot

Credit to our friend plant, I'm copying this issue from Soj bug report.

To replicate:

1. Put on BS RIG
2. Put satchel (be one works for sure) in suit slot

To clarify, that's the ENTIRE inventory sprite. For some reason this is happening, the satchel itself is not broken. If this is not a code issue and is sprite, please contact me.
