Skyscraper Hash functions #742

Skyscraper is a hash function over large prime field, and for BLS12-381 scalar field, it's native speed is only roughly 3x slower than Sha256.

Remco did some benchmarking here.

We need to investigate if we want to add this to jellyfish.
