Move field information icon to the field column menu like map viewer

Describe requirements

Map viewer added an formation button in the field column menu, we recently added support to show information icon but this design looks more clean.
Clicking on the information button will open a modal and show other information related to that field.

Alternatives

cc @sarahmcdonald7 what do you think of it in R2?

Could you please confrim this with JS API team, if this should be the part of FeatureTable widget or we should develop it in Manager component.
