Point features do not stay selected in map while editing

Describe the bug

In Manager, point features do not stay selected in the map when editing them.

Expected Behavior

the point feature should stay selected in the map.

Reproduction Steps & Sample

Steps to repro:

1. Select a record from the schools layer in the table
2. Zoom to the feature in the map
3. Click edit
4. Notice the feature becomes un-selected in the map

Notes:

1. Only happens with point features
2. Only happens when geometry is editable
3. Occasionally when the app first loads the feature will stay selected, but if you select a second feature and run through the steps again the feature will not stay selected.

@sumitzarkar could you please see if you can fix this issue?

@sumitzarkar talked to John, he said he looked at it but he was not able to repro this locally either. I can't repro this in current production.
Lets wait until release and see if we can create a production app where we can repro this case or it may fix itself.

open the app

1. Select a feature
2. Notice that the feature is highlighted in pink
3. Click on Edit button and notice that it shows with Cyan color, ir should be pink
4. Now clear selection and repeat the whole process and notice that highlight do not show in the map

@azizaparveen I've been trying to find some sort of thread to follow with this issue all morning and so far I'm still stuck. I've reached out to a contact on the Editor team with your app from above, even though we can't create any local repro case, just to see if they may have any ideas of where we could look.
