Sync Manager behavior with Map viewer regrading related records

Describe requirements

In Map viewer we can see related records from the parent table and able to navigate to the child record, then edit child record and can create new related record to the parent feature. At runtime user can decide whether they want to see the related records

I think it will be a good user experience for Manager to adopt this same behavior. With this behavior and layer visibility on/off support in the configuration, users will have more flexibility navigating

• Add support to show/hide related record from Show / hide tool.
  

• When Related record option is on, show related record count column in the parent table
  

• After navigating to related record, enable only Delete and Clear selection tool(if service has the capability and when there is a selection) and Refresh button all the time.
