Notifications not showing up

Hi,
whenever I create a new event on the calendar directly from the month view (by long pressing the desired day) and setting it up with a 1 day notification, the notification doesn't show up on my phone. However if I choose a 10 minutes notification, things work just fine.

I'm on Lineage, Android 14, Etar v1.0.48
