IR-3399: fix resource type for assets (#10765)

* The asset container now only shows resources of type "asset", and the project helper labels resources of type "asset" if they have tags and have no existing type, or their existing type is "file".

* Assets are now first detected in the project helper based on their file extension. Adding a missing entry to the default project resource JSON.

* Updating the default project resources JSON with the output of npm run dev-reinit
