The was brought up in #19, but I really think there needs to be a way for admins to flat out cancel rent. As of now a player could (auto) rent a claim and quit the game, while retaining supreme control over the claim, and as an admin (who should have full control) there's nothing I can do about it other than wait it out.

Also, renting a subclaim prevents any administration of the main claim.
