What is your network setup for the home assistant (Docker) in the file it is just 'Network_name'. I have tried host but I can't access any web dash.

It is not a host name, but a Docker Network name. You can see how to create a Docker Network here, although I installed the Portainer image and used that.
Docker: Add Network: https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/network_create/
Portainer Image: https://hub.docker.com/r/portainer/portainer-ce
Portainer - Add Docker Network: https://docs.portainer.io/user/docker/networks/add

If you are using the default SQLITE database, you can simply miss-out the '--network-name' parameter.
