There are not createOrUpdateNotebookShares function #39

In this library there aren't createOrUpdateNotebookShares. I have found it in the docs https://dev.evernote.com/doc/reference/NoteStore.html#Fn_NoteStore_createOrUpdateNotebookShares

Could you add this function?
