Pipeline for the Species Distribution Modelling analyses performed in the pre-print Miller et al. 2019 "mtDNA-based reconstructions of change in effective population sizes of Holarctic birds do not agree with their reconstructed range sizes based on paleoclimates". BioRxiv https://doi.org/10.1101/2019.12.13.870410

Species input files are automatically downloaded from the GBIF database while running the code. Current species ranges must be requested to Birdlife. Climate input files available upon request to Andrea Manica [email protected].
