This also changes the behaviour of loci_freq(), which becomes loci_alt_freq() to avoid any confusion Fixes #18
Note that I've added a test but unable to run/compile the changes on this Mac because of ARM. Please can someone else run the roxygen2::roxygenise() and check the test please!
