Thank you very much for creating this paclet. Is it possible to let the user adjust the autosave frequency from every 10 seconds to something else?

In the documentation you explain that this paclet was motivated by the need for autosave that isn't tied to evaluation (as in the official NotebookAutoSave option) so that if you are writing a lot between evaluations you don't lose everything in between when Mathematica crashes. However, another reason you might not want to use the NotebookAutoSave option is if autosaving after every evaluation is too slow and disruptive, which can easily happen with even mildly large notebooks. In that scenario, this paclet currently isn't much of an improvement over NotebookAutoSave, but it would be if it would save every 5 or 10 minutes instead of every 10 seconds.

(A more advanced change would be if it saves every 15 minutes but will opportunistically save if the user stops editing the document for a minute, indicating that an autosave will probably be less disruptive.)
