We're trying to configure the Spine O Matic Cloud App to print spine labels and labels that include Author and Title information. We have created layouts and templates for both.

My colleague has an itemized set of 252 items that they would like to generate spine labels for. If they select the set and select preview/edit the labels before printing, they only get a display of 47 spine labels. I, however, can see all 252 labels. Two other colleagues only see 45 and 46 labels, respectively. Here is the problematic output that my colleague gets:

guidebook spinelabel.pdf

If my colleague selects the layout and template for author and title labels and then selects preview/edit before printing they still only see 46 labels with the information populated, but they do see the rest of the labels 'generated' although they all just say 'undefined'. I, who am able to see all 252 spine labels in preview, also see all 252 author and title labels properly generated. My other two colleagues also see only +/- 46 labels properly generated and the rest say 'undefined'. Here is the problematic output that my colleague gets:

guidebook author title.pdf

My colleague tried loading my barcodes from a text file instead of from a set, with the same results of only 46 labels being generated instead of the 252 barcodes they had loaded. They saved the resulting source code, which I am attaching in case that shows what is happening.

We have checked everyone's roles in Alma and don't see any issues there that would be causing it to work for one person and not others.

We have cleared caches and tried different browsers with the same results.

We have also opened a ticket with directly with ExLibris (case 07897605, opened two weeks ago) since this seems to be a problem with the integration between Alma and the cloud app but have not received any replies.
