Action Performed:

Requirements:
Have a Gmail (User A) and an Expensifail (User B) user who have no prior conversation history.

User A:

1. Login as User A
2. Click on the green plus button > New chat
3. Search for user B
4. Start a new conversation with User B, by sending a random message
5. Tap on the green plus button and request any amount of money

User B:

1. Login as User B
2. In user A's chat, request any amount of money

User A:

1. Repeat step 3

Expected Result:

No errors are returned when requesting money from a user with no previous conversation history

Actual Result:

Unexpected error when requesting money from a user under no prior conversation history

Coming from here, the issue that we were holding on.

Chatted 1:1 with @jasperhuangg and we decided to close this issue since it's no longer reproducible with the instructions in the OP. Please report a new bug if anything comes up.
