Action Performed:

1. Open a chat as user A
2. Send a message to another user B with link
3. As a user B click on the link

Expected Result:

Link opens in the new tab

Actual Result:

Clicking on the link nothing happens

1. BZ, C+ and QA should all try to reproduce. If they're able to, they should comment on the issue and/or update the OP with the reproduction steps. The issue should then be managed like a normal bug.
2. If the bug isn't reproducible, add the retest-weekly lately. You can also post in #QA and ask the team to attempt reproduction. If you do, tag the team that's bookmarked at the top of the channel. Do not tag the issue creator in the GH, their job is to create new issues, not monitor the GHs they've created.
3. If the bug can't be reproduced but you feel like it's an important one to fix, post in #contributor-plus and tag Matt A to discuss options (this is WIP and will be addressed as part of Better BZ Triage soon.
