[$500] Room does not update even though preview updates even after a refresh

Action Performed:

1. Log into staging.new.Expensify.com (on staging) after a period of being offline (Note: You should be offline for multiple days)
2. Refresh in an attempt to update chats
3. Close and reopen the window in an attempt to update chats

Expected Result:

All the chats should be updated

Actual Result:

Only able to see messages from last time online (multiple days in the past)
Preview updates in LHN but not in the room itself

@mananjadhav This one's a bit tricky to reproduce, and involves being offline for a number of days. Essentially, when you log back into Staging, the chats won't properly update - this is something I've experienced myself, coming back from time away.

I've got another gmail account that I haven't used in a while (2 weeks), and I have just logged into it and am not experiencing this issue anymore - everything loaded, but just a little slowly.

@zanyrenney I wonder if it may have been a temporary issue in the past 2 weeks. SInce I can't repro again, and neither can Manan, should we close this?
