Action Performed:

1. Logged into https://staging.new.expensify.com/settings/troubleshoot
2. Refreshed the page, settings LHN never showed up
3. Went to Search, and none of my expenses loaded
4. Went to Inbox, and everything loaded then my account worked fine.

Expected Result:

Expenses showed up in step3

Actual Result:

Expenses does not show up until going back from the inbox
