Wrong error in VBBA setup flow

Action Performed:

1. Submit an IOU to a new user
2. Login as the new user
3. Click on "Pay with expensify" IOU
4. Select option "business bank account"
5. Start the VBA flow
6. Proceed to company incorporation date page

Expected Result:

It keeps showing the error when I would expect to not get the error unless it applies to the screen I am on OR the final verification screen.

Actual Result:

It kept showing me the error on future fields, which looked incorrect.
