Proposal

Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

Wrong integration name in modal message when there is existing connection

What is the root cause of that problem?

We are passing wrong integration here

integrationToConnect={activeIntegration?.integrationToDisconnect}

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

Pass activeIntegration?.name

integrationToConnect={activeIntegration?.integrationToDisconnect}

What alternative solutions did you explore? (Optional)
