Action Performed:

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Turn of internet connection.
4. Tap on the chat header.
5. Tap on "Members"
6. Tap on "Invite Members"
7. Invite several members with no existing conversation.
8. Once the members are invited, return to chat.
9. Turn on internet connection.
10. Tap on chat header and select "Members"
11. Verify that all the members were invited and are correctly displayed on list.

Expected Result:

Members invited to a workspace while offline, should remain on the list after the internet connection is recovered.

Actual Result:

Some members that are invited to a workspace while offline, appear as hidden in system message and disappear from members list for some time.

@arosiclair @jamesdeanexpensify I believe you guys are looking into these issues with "Hidden" workspace invites here. Should we wait for that to go through?

Not 100% sure about the members list, but I think it makes sense to hold and see if my changes also fix that issue.
