Hi EyeSeeTea,

I'm attempting to import TEIs and 5 programstages from the template. I have 21 TEIs, and all 21 TEIs have 5 programStages associated. This means we should be seeing 105 events imported (and 21 TEIs). The TEIs get imported correct, as do 84/105 Events. For some reason however the 1st tabbed programStage (Morphological Evaluation) doesn't get imported, or even registered at all as a mistake or as being updated/ignored/anything.

As a test, I did go in and make sure that stage was not logged in the TEI (they were not). I also, with the same user I am using the Bulk Load with, was able to access and sync data into the Morphological Evaluation Stage in 1 of the 21 TEIs where it was ignored here. Seems like User and settings isn't the issue, thus.

Will continue to investigate, and will update if I have more findings to share
