GLASS is a DHIS2 Web Application to register data for Anti-Microbial Resistance in a DHIS2 instance. This is a custom app that requires in order to properly develop its functionality from the following elements:
- The DHIS2 metadata for the AMR modules that are required
- The appropriate information to be deployed in the datastore
- The custom landing page to be installed in the instance and users to be assigned to the AMR user groups
- The GLASS DHIS2 standard report to be installed in the instance
Provided all these elements are installed in the DHIS2 instance, the app will implement the functionality of allowing a country user to introduce data for AMR Agg, AMR Individual, AMR Funghi, EGASP modules and AMC.
