How I get my best work done:

1. Understanding the task before anything else 😕
2. Create a game plan 📝
3. Execute
   
4. If number 3 fails go back to number 2 and reassess game plan. If I figure problem out then GREAT, if not then I am not scared to take a new approach and do number 2 all over again.

The role I usually take in a team:

Planner: Looking for best ways to complete project/tasks together.
Doer: Getting the job done and encourage others that we are more than capable to complete task

My communication style:

Assertive Style: Respect is an important value that we all should have. Being assertive is also the best way to avoid unnecessary conflicts.

What I value:

I value respect and honesty. At the end of the day, we are all in this together. Lets all encourage/support each other and make this a pleasurable journey 😁😁😁

At times I may come across as absentminded, but believe me, my head is screwed on.
