Under a bit of pressure, and with a thorough plan/outline done in advance.
The role I usually take in a team:
I am the one who takes the notes. (Winner of the Most Legible Handwriting Award 2018)
I think I usually fill in the space/requirements of the group. If it seems direction-less/lost, I may try to lead. If there are clear leaders, I'll follow.
My communication style:
I get real excited when I can see how a project is coming along, and will gasp often when I come up with an idea or think I understand something.
Also, a massive fan of punctuation and think most sentences could do with an extra comma.
What I value:
Good communication! Honestly, if you feel something, just say it.
What people misunderstand about me:
I will add to this part when I find out how to answer this question.
Still have nothing to add.
How I like to get my feedback:
I like direct constructive feedback. Be blunt, I can take it.
Positive feedback always welcome.
