How I get my best work done:

I'm not the best at working on my own, I'd much rather be working with someone else. As I find that I can end up getting in my own thoughts when working alone.

The role I usually take in a team:

I don't tend to mind what role I'm in within a team, as long as I'm working with someone.

My communication style:

I can be quite a quiet person, just because I'm not saying anything doesn't mean I have nothing to say. I can also find it difficult to talk when among a larger group of people.
This tends to rise when I'm not confident on a subject or such. when I have good knowledge of something it tends not to be so prevalent.

What I value:

I value proper communication and teamwork among people who are working together. Ensuring that everyone knows what is going on and how things are moving forward.
