Acceptance criteria

#- [ ] create form that have check list of feature and store the value of this checked checkbox.

form have multi sections.
separate the form for sections, every section have its points.
take the value of checked checkbox and store it.
when submit the form redirect for results page.
form \ js & hbs & dom & style \
queries from DB to insert the checked value.
